Implementation and installation

The Huntrex WFM and WFO implementation and installation methodology focuses on providing a professionally executed process that delivers the customer a fully functional product and an experience leading to real business returns.

A Huntrex Project Manager is allocated to each project and is responsible for managing resources, timelines and customer expectations.  Through our implementation process we focus on the Business processes and Operational Challenges.  At Huntrex we believe that each implementation and installation should carry a high level of customer satisfaction to deliver projects within budget, quality and on time.
